I just want to confirm, when you say 380 vph during the PM peak hour in the below in reference to Cloverdale/Amity for the 2025 background traffic analysis, you mean that the intersection will need to be improved when 380 trips are added in the PM peak hour at the intersection, correct? • The intersection is anticipated to exceed nummum operational thresholds and tnggem nutigation umproxevoents by 2023 with an additional backgrround traffic increase of apprrkxiluately 380 vph during the Phi peak hour beyond 2020 existing traffic volumes o Traffic count&should be recollected in the future to verify traffic growth and tinprovement needs If so, ACHD finds the TIS acceptable. When you submit your application, can you submit an updated final TIS that includes the revisions you submitted in the attached Executive Summary and the updated table in comment 1 attached? That way it will be clear for us to follow when we write the staff report. We've revised the TIS report addressing ACHD review comments and would like to make sure we addressed the major items and provide staff the necessary information. Please find attached the Executive Summary for your review and comment. We would greatly appreciate it if you could share your comments and inputs. We're planning to use this format for future TISs. We still need to see the results as if the ACHD improvements were not constructed, as well as corresponding mitigation recommendations. We also need the number of trips allowed before improvements are warranted, even if the intersection or roadway segment is listed in the CIP or IFYWP, or if the peak hour site traffic on that roadway or intersection is less than 10%of the build out traffic. We need to have this complete information per Policy 7106.7.3 for Alternative Mitigation measures.This information is also useful for the lead agency processing the development application. It does not matter if only the existing or background traffic trigger the improvements, we need to know the trip threshold for improvements for the roadway segments and intersections that are shown to be failing. Our comments still need to be addressed as issued. New review comments can come up as information is updated and/or new information is provided in the TIS.
