Narrative for DIANA CONWELL, LMFT for HOME OCCUPATION ACCESSORY USE
Proposed Use: Private office use for myself as sole proprietor as a Licensed Marriage & Family
Therapist in the state of IDAHO (License # MFT 7284). Conducting private therapy, career
counseling, and life coaching sessions with up to 2 clients at a time for 50-minute sessions. I
have no employees. Overall client population will be a combination of services provided as
online video appointments and in -office appointments as requested by clients and according to
my availability.
Square footage of office space: 122 sq.ft.
Parking stalls: 4-6 as driveway and street parking
Hours of Operation: 8am-7pm with no more than 6 clients per day and to include no more than
4 days per week between Mon and Friday at my discretion. Client appointment times and days
will be staggered to facilitate flow of my schedule.
