Luke,
I just left a voice message for Ted Baird. I have not heard back from him as he may not have had an opportunity yet to
chat will Bill Parsons.
I did find a section in the UDC that does speak to conflicts with "Covenants" and recommend the amendment below.
Second, I recommend the addition of a definition for CC&Rs in the UDC to clearly recognize their authority.
