ACHD will write a staff report like we do for CUP applications that are send to us by the City of Meridian. This isn't
anything out of the ordinary. I will provide you with a draft report when it is ready.

I need to speak with the City of Meridian regarding this application. ACHD does not consider 4 years to be a temporary
use and because of this, standard frontage improvements (curb, gutter, and sidewalk)would typically be required.
