RE : 4111 East Amity. 'Raad Project Site / Engineering Solutions LLP for Challenger Development, Inc .
Dear Sir/Madam ,
Recently a 2nd community meeting was held about development of this property immediately east of our
Rock Hampton residential community . During that meeting an admission by Rebecca L McKay
( representative of Engineering Solutions) was that a study of water, gas , sewer, electrical and school
impacts upon our existing surrounding communities had not been initiated .
As a resident of Rock Hampton , we join the surrounding communities to oppose this development until
the property developer assures our existing communities that infrastructure impacts pertaining to his
development will be iidded , thereby not eroding the livability of our existing communities .
After all infrastructure studies are completed , with any needed upgrades identified for installation to
support his development, we will change our opposition to support for this proposed development by
Challenger Development .
