Good Morning:
I have not yet been notified of the latest hearing date for these cases, is there a set date for these hearings?
As it was one of the appellants who requested the original date and then became unavailable for the entire month of
June, it is unreasonable to subject this review to further delay. I am requesting that any subsequent requests for
continuances by the appellants be denied.
