(Incomplete applications cannot be processed)
An application for a conditional use pennit shall be filed with the Administrator by the
owner of the property for which such conditional use is proposed. At a minimwn, the
application shall contain the following information:

35 copies). Also include one 8 ~ " x 11" copy of site plan, elevations and list of construction

11. A list of the mailing addresses of all property owners within three hundred feet (300') of the
external boundaries of the land being considered. This list can be obtained ITom the City of
Meridian Planning & Zoning Department. Please request list seven days prior to submitting
