Ada County requires an opportunity for a meeting between the applicant of a development proposal and
the residents of the neighborhood in which the development may occur. This meeting is required prior to
formal submittal of the development application to the County.
This letter is such notice of an opportunity to review and discuss Verizon Wireless' interest to erect a cell
tower at 6325 North Locust Grove. Verizon will fence off 1500 square feet and construct an 80' cell
tower, with an unmanned equipment shelter located next to the tower. The antennas will be inside the
pole, so there will be nothing visible on the outside of the pole.
This is not a public hearing; public officials will not be present. If you have any questions regarding the
neighborhood pre -application meeting requirement, please contact Ada County Development Services at
208-287-7900. The application number is 200700053-CU. The item is to be heard at Planning
Commission on Thursday, November 8`h, 2007.
