Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this application. We are requesting that this variance
application be denied.
Access to Eagle Road should be at locations that comply with the ITD access policy and the Eagle Road
Infrastructure Plan only. Any and all access points, and any other amenities such as landscaping within the
right of way, will require a permit from ITD. Access issues should be resolved as soon as possible
Any work done on the State Right of Way will require a permit. Permit applications are available from this
office. Please have the applicant contact Matt Ward at 8150 Chinden Blvd. 83714 in Boise or call (208) 334-
8341 to obtain a permit application.
