REQUEST Modify FP (FP 08-005) from the approved Site Specific Condition No. 5, page 2 to delete the last sentence &
read: All fencing installed on the site must be in compliance w/UDC 1 1-3A-6 & 11-3A-7. Temporary construction fencing to
contain debris shall be installed at the subdivision boundary where permanent fencing does not exist or construction debris
shall be regularly removed in accordance w/an approved trash management agreement for Paramount Sub. #16
west of N. Meridian Rd & north of W. McMillan Rd
