As representative for the applicants requesting comprehensive plan amendment, and annexation and
zoning for the properties located on and near the northwest corner of Eagle Road and Victory Road,
we hereby request a deferral of these applications at tonight's public hearing. We would request that
these applications be moved to the October 28, 2008 agenda. We are working with ACHD on access
issues associated with the property and need additional time to complete.
