Idaho Ave. Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: N/W Corner Eagle/Victory Road Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment —Letter of Intent Dear Mayor and Council; As representative for the seven property owners located at, and adjacent to the northwest corner of Eagle Road and Victory Road, please accept this application for a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for these properties that total approximately 15.5 acres. This application request for amendment to the current land use designation will demonstrate a need for the City of Meridian to re- designate the area extending approximately'/4 mile west on Victory Road from its intersection with Eagle Road, to a mixed use designation. The current land use designation is Low Density Residential. This letter is included with the land use application for Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, together with filing fees and various exhibits.
