We are submitting a Short plat for Destination Place Subdivision No. 2. The purpose for
the additional lots in this new Subdivision is that the original lots were too large for the
current users/purchasers. So, as the market has changed, we intend to make the lots
smaller. All infrastructure is in, including; water, sewer, drainage and streets. There is no
additional infrastructure construction required as a result of this re -plat.
