RE: Proposed Property Boundary Adjustment for Lots 71 and 72, Block 2 Cherry Lane Subdivision No. 9.
Dear Mr. Rountree:
I find that your request for a property boundary adjustment on the property referenced above complies with Unified
Development Code (UDC) 11-613-8. I am granting approval of the properly boundary adjustment as requested by the
applicant subject to completion of the following conditions per UDC 11-6B-8C2:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and,
d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to the
Director. Upon receipt of these items the application shall be complete.
e. The applicant or owner has one year to complete the above conditions of approval.

PROPERTY BOUNDRY ADJUSTMENT DESCRIPTION
The adjustment requested concerns moving the southern lot line of lot 71
block 2 in The Lake at Cherry Lane No 9 subdivision. This lot line
identified as bearing S 75° 38' 130 E and 112.97 feet long is between lot 71
and 72 _of the __subject- subdivision. The adjustment requested is to move
this lot line south and parallel of the current lot line approximately one foot.
This adjustment will accommodate the underground irrigation system,
landscaping and the maintenance of same that is provided by the owner of
lot 71.
