Dear Mr. Rountree: I find that your request for a property boundary adjustment on the property referenced above complies with Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-613-8. I am granting approval of the properly boundary adjustment as requested by the applicant subject to completion of the following conditions per UDC 11-6B-8C2: a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded; b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved; c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and, d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to the Director. The adjustment requested is to move this lot line south and parallel of the current lot line approximately one foot.
