Joe,
We spoke with Conger and I don’t think that the idea of going through the b route is going to work. Yesterday he
provided me the attached map (easement location shown in red). This route will be going through the R-40 that Lee
Centers still owns which will ultimately get us back into the single family area. Would this work for you?

Joe,
Thanks for meeting with us this morning.
Here is a recap of what we discussed:
1) We proposed building an emergency secondary access through the route shown on the attached 1a and 1b. I
know you want an access to the east and we will work on that but for the sake of time if we could get access to
build the subdivision with this emergency secondary access knowing we will work on an access to the east that
would be great. Please confirm this route could work and to what limits you are willing for this to work.
2) What we believe to be your ideal route is shown on the attached b. There are various red lines we sketched out,
what we are thinking is on the east side of the map and is drawn in black. We are reaching out to Conger to
discuss this. Assuming we can work this out with them please confirm this would be a solution for emergency
secondary access for the entire subdivision. If we could work this out with them could we not do the concept
thrown out in item 1) above and instead just use this route for emergency secondary access?
We are working resolve this and I appreciate your help. We can create better exhibits of items once we clarify we are all
in agreement. Thank you,
