Dear Ms. Lurty,
The time period under the Ordinances of the City of Meridian for filing any objection to your
request for. an Accessory Use Permit for a home occupation (Consultant I Facilitator) in your
home at 1342 N. Rutledge A venue, Meridian, has expired and there were no objections received
by the City of Meridian. Under provision 2-41O-D.2 of the Ordinances of the City of Meridian,
your request for an Accessory Use Permit for a home occupation is hereby granted. Please be
advised that approval is contingent upon adhering to the requirements of the Accessory Use
Permit.
