This letter is to confirm that the City of Meridian's City Council approved the Final Plat
Modification (by removing the requirement for a 5-foot detached sidewalk along lots
54-66, Block 5, located on the south side of E. Deerhill Street between Montague
Way and Genoard Ave) for the subject property at their August 26, 2008 meeting.
