An addendum to the DA was also recorded in 2004. • The subject property was rezoned from R-4 to L-O in July, 2006. • The subject lots were re -platted through the short plat process as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Hastings Subdivision No. 1 in March, 2007. • A CZC was approved for a 7,776 square foot shell for office uses on this site on 4/3/07.
