Project: Cardigan Bay MFP �s
Location: approximately a half mile north of E. McMillan Road, approximately a half mile south
of E. Chinden Boulevard and approximately 750 feet west of N. Locust Grove Road
Outstanding Issues before Council: The applicant wishes to remove the vinyl fencing
requirements along the north, east and 285 feet along the south perimeter boundaries; the
applicant is proposing the existing fencing (a combination of 6-foot vinyl and 6-foot chain link)
substitute as the requirement for the perimeter fencing approved on the site.
Staff Recommendation: Approval; the final plat substantially complies with approved PP.
Applicant Provided Written Agreement with Conditions: Yes
Vacations:
Project: Nola Road
Location: Nola south of the RR tracks
Requested Vacation: RR crossing was relocated to Locust Grove. Nola ROW no longer needed.
Staff is recommending two conditions: 1) that the applicant provide emergency vehicle turn-
arounds, and 2) that the applicant provide utility easements. Because we are not the approval
agency, there are no time frames associated with the conditions.
Staff Recommendation: Approval; we have received all necessary relinquishments.
Outstanding Issues before Council: In your recommendation letter to ACHD, we suggest that
Council include the two conditions noted in the staff report as items that must be addressed prior
to recording the deed. p r
