We have reviewed the staff report for the above -referenced project. With the following minor
revisions, the staff report is acceptable to the property owner:
1. Please change the applicant from Primeland Investment Group, LLC to Primeland
Development Co., LLP. This was our error on the application form.
2. Please note that Exhibit A-1, the "Site" is depicted as the entire area at the northwest corner
of Ten Mile and McMillan Roads. Technically, the site does not include the commercial area
at the northwest corner.
3. Finally, please note that the conditions of approval from ACHD are not actually conditions of
approval. Their staff report indicates that these items are "findings that the District may
identify when it reviews a future development application."
