Watertower Lane, Suite 210 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: Kingsbridge Subdivision Phase 2, FP 06-006 Time Extension Request Honorable Mayor de Weerd, City Council approved the Phase 2 final plat on March 14, 2006. Staff level extension of 12 months was granted in 2007. The current approval will expire on 3/14/2008. At this time financing is not available for the required Letter of Credit. Therefore, the plat mylars cannot be routed for City and ACHD signatures. Financing for Phase 2 is difficult to secure with a large percentage of Phase 1 lots still for sale. Market demand has been slow this past year. The CUP required '/z acre perimeter lots have not sold. Only a few lots over 14,000 sf. have sold. We have been reasonably successful marketing the 12,000 to 14,000 sf, lots. An 18 month time extension to 9/14/09 for recording the Phase 2 final plat is requested. Sincerely Gordon D. The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property under consideration. The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the required date, the hearing will be continued. The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for which the sign(s) had been posted.
