Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property located at 3755 W. Perugia St. is proposing a modification to a previously
approved Conditional Use Permit (H-2019-0076). The proposed modification would combine buildings C
and D on the previously approved site plan into one building. The site layout, exterior building footprints,
perimeter elevations, and landscaping will remain as previously approved.
