NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Thursday,July 1,2021 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following applications:
Brighton Corporation for a Rezone of 5.58 acres of land
from the TN-C to the C-G zoning district and a Conditional
Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of 238
apartment units (including 2 live/work units) on 7.83 acres
of land in the C-G zoning district for TM Creek Apartments
Phase 3(H-2021-0035),generally located south of W.Franklin
Rd.and east of S.Ten Mile Rd.
Mandi Brozo of CSHOA for a Conditional Use Permit for a
dual drive-through for a multi-tenant establishment within 300
feet of an existing drive-through on 1.47 acres of land in the
C-C zoning district for Orchard Park Pad C Drive-Through
(H-2021-0039),located at 1245 W.Chinden Blvd.
NeuDesign Architecture for a Conditional Use Permit for
a drive-through establishment for a coffee kiosk within 300 feet
of an existing residence and residential district on 1.19 acres
of land in the C-N zoning district for DaVinci Park Drive-
Through(H-2021-0037),located at 4744 N.Park Crossing Ave.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
