Hi Alan,
Thank you for taking the time to discuss the Skybreak development status with me.
To follow up on our phone conversation, I understand that the City staff can only request the transition changes along
the Vantage Pointe border that the Council requested. However, I would like to submit the following transition changes
that we would like to see along our property, which is adjacent to lot 80 (see below), in hopes that you may have an
opportunity to discuss them with developer:
Limit the building pad elevations to no higher than 1’ above the existing ground elevation at the Skybreak-
Vantage Pointe fence line.
Limit homes along the transition to one story in height.
Increase the south building setback from 15’ (see below) to 30’ along to match the setback proposed on the lots
77 to 79.
Increase the non-build area setback from 110’ to 140’, which is the setback discussed in the field with the
developer Laren Bailey.
