To ACHD Planning review,
As part of the submittal requirements for the City of Meridian Conditional Use Permit I am required to provide written
confirmation that a traffic impact study or change of use is not required, or has been accepted for review by ACHD.
I have attached a site plan for the proposed new 5,500 square foot multi-tenant building with drive throughs located on
Lot 8 of the Linder Village Sub, part of the overall Orchard Park Development. We are proposing two drive through
windows for two of the three tenants. One drive through tenant would be a pick up window for online orders, and the
second drive through window would be a standard drive through tenant.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.
