Hello, I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for listening, and helping to fight this battle for our community. I was out of town and not able to make the meeting but my wife was there to support the team. We really appreciate you guys. Thank you very much! I strongly disagree with this as it would cause added traffic congestion in the immediate area. As Kuna builds up, we continue to have added traffic through this intersection, and the movement of traffic continues to slow. It has also been noticeably tougher to safely make a left turn out of our track due to the consistent flow, and crossing by foot now seems unsafe. This lot is just not the right area to add higher density housing as the flow of traffic will continue to slow even with a vacant lot. I appreciate you listening to our voices, and ask that you consider “not” rezoning this piece of land. Thank you! Chris Groll Tuscany Lakes Resident 3874 S.
