The extension was originally approved August 7, 2006 and expires January 12, 2008. The reason for this request is to resolve the issue of the sewer being brought to our property. It is our understanding that the sewer should have been brought too or through our property, when Baldwin Park Subdivision was built. I have contacted Len Grady with the City of Meridian and understand that he is working with Scott Strickline to help resolve the issue.
