Biltmore Estates, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("Grantor"), does hereby
convey, release, remise and forever quitclaim unto Biltmore Estates, LLC, an Idaho limited
liability company ("Grantee"), whose current address is P.O. Box 518, Meridian, Idaho 83680,
all of its right, title and interest in and to that certain real property located in Ada County, Idaho,
more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Together with all improvements, easements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto,
and subject to such rights, easements, covenants, restrictions and zoning regulations as appear
of record or based upon the premises.
IN WiTNE�S WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto subscribed its name to this instrument
