Liz,
I delayed my drive home from CA until today so I could testify last night. I won’t be able to be on the call tonight
due to being out of phone contact so I just wanted to stress a few points on this application.
1. This developer has made many false promises to the Vantage Point homeowners and not followed through on
any of them. In fact, they have had nearly zero contact since the initial the neighborhood meetings on the previous
app and this one
2. No changes to the transition zone for current homeowners.
3. They told us, in the neighborhood meetings, that they weren’t going to fill. In truth, they will be filling 58 feet on
the south east side to level the lots. Like they did in Eastridge, substantially changing drainage and topography.
4. Private roads are not acceptable and people outside of gates area have no access to golf cart path.
That should summarize. I did send previous testimony.
