I am opposed to the rezoning for victory & locust grove R-15 rezoning. We already have high traffic
with the school traffic and the subdivisions in existance. I can hardly get out of my subdivision now.
Without the traffic light on Victory to stop traffic I will not be able to get out onto locust grove. A round
about is going to make it worse and now you want to expand for higher density housing!!! I had a
major water leak and found out my water PSI is 100 in my house which is high. I had to put a
pressure valve on my main line. Right now if someone is working they cannot get to Overland rd to try
to get to eagle or meridian for the freeway. The infrastructure is not in place for schools and roads
and grocery stores. Where are you going to get the water for everyone over the long haul. Who is
going to pay for to pay for the schools and the bonds for roads and libraries and so forth. Please
respond. Who pays the bills if we have a downturn.
