Elected City Officials,
No. No apartments on this small plot of land. I am a longtime Meridian resident, and my family chose to
purchase the home that we live in and love, largely because of the quality of life in this particular area.
Introducing apartment or townhouse living to this area, essentially equates to introducing low-income housing,
and the lowering of property value for those who worked hard to get where we are. It might "feel good" or feel
"fair", but it's completely contrary to what drew the home owners in this area, to this area. If I wanted to live
next door to apartments, I would have purchased a home next to apartments.
Please consider my objection to this proposed development.
