Hello,
I am a resident of Tuscany Lakes and I wanted to express my concern for the possible rezoning of the property on the
corner of Victory and Locust Grove. Over the past several months, the traffic at this intersection has been terrible! It’s
not just during the morning and late afternoon rush hour when people are leaving and returning home. It is becoming
an all day thing! As the building continues in Kuna and even some not far from Tuscany, there will be even more cars
needing to use these roads. I am strongly against building multiple units in this area. I cannot imagine there being units
on top of each other with multiple cars pulling in and out on this corner. It is becoming harder to exit my Tuscany
subdivision and this will only make that worse.
I feel too that multiple story buildings will completely change the look of our neighborhood. Part of what makes this
area beautiful is the landscape and much thought went into the creation of the neighborhoods. Those of us living
around here love that we still have a bit of a rural feel. Building large multi-family buildings would completely change
that for us.
Thank you so much for allowing me to express my deep concern over this issue, I appreciate the time you have taken to
read my email.
Sincerely,
Tina Groll

Good morning,
As a resident of Tuscany Lakes, I just wanted to write and voice my opinion on the possible rezoning of the property on
the corner of Victory and Locust Grove. I strongly disagree with this as it would cause added traffic congestion in the
immediate area. As Kuna builds up, we continue to have added traffic through this intersection, and the movement of
traffic continues to slow. It has also been noticeably tougher to safely make a left turn out of our track due to the
consistent flow, and crossing by foot now seems unsafe. This lot is just not the right area to add higher density housing
as the flow of traffic will continue to slow even with a vacant lot. I appreciate you listening to our voices, and ask that
you consider “not” rezoning this piece of land.
Thank you!
Chris Groll
