Frustrated residents in the Green Valley, Estancia, Normandy, Caven Ridge, Golden Valley, Bellingham park, Tuscany and
Reflection Ridge strongly opposed the R-15 Rezoning of Victory and Locust Grove. Trying to get in and out of our
subdivisions is already difficult with amount of traffic already on Locust Grove and Victory. It's horrendous in the
mornings trying to get kids to school and having high schoolers driving to school in the mornings and adding more
homes, especially higher density housing, will result in longer, more frustrating, and potentially more dangerous driving
conditions. Many of us were drawn to south Meridian to get away from the congestion. We strongly oppose the
rezoning of Locus Grove and Victory.
