Deb,
Since this is an application that has been filed with the city I can only comment on it when I am on the public
record (at the meeting). I am forwarding your comments to the city clerk so it can be included in the public
record for this issue.
Thanks for sending.

Good morning, Councilmember Hoaglun
I am reaching out to ask you to vote against allowing rezoning of the areas at Victory and Locust grove.
Traffic in this area is already a nightmare, if the zoning changes and high-density housing is allowed it will only
add to the problem. I write as a concerned citizen and a mother. My son is getting his drivers license in a few
weeks and I am concerned with the dangers we are already facing getting out of our neighborhood and the
amount of traffic we face at busy times of the day. In order to get out of the neighborhoods you have to get
across Locust Grove quickly, in between small traffic gaps and I fear this puts teenage drivers at even more risk
of accidents. Not only will high-density housing add to this danger but, the insane amount of neighborhoods
already going in at Locust Grove and Lake Hazle. Where do you think all those people are going to drive....
Locust Grove. The current infrastructure cannot handle all these drivers safely.
I beg you, please do not allow high-density housing anywhere near Locust Grove and Victory
Sincerely,
Deb Banning
