with a request for the I-L zoning district for the purpose of constructing an Ada County
Highway District (ACHD) maintenance facility on 23.7 acres for ACHD Ustick
Maintenance Facility (H-2021-0029), located at 3764 W. Ustick Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing
at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per
person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing
