To Whom It May Concern:
The property owner, Nunzio Sgroi, at 4405 East Ustick Road, is requesting an
annexation into the City of Meridian and a Rezone from R1 to R8.
The owner is requesting the rezone to accommodate a 30 to 40 unit Assisted Living
Home. We feel this would be an excellent use of the property which faces Ustick Road
to the North, Usstik Elementary School to the East and R4 residential on the South and
West.
