Dear Mayor Simison, Councilmembers and City Clerk,
As in my previous email, I want to let you know that I oppose the rezoning for multi-family housing units at the location
listed above. This is already a very congested area making it difficult to access either roadway throughout the entire
day. This congestion also poses a hazard to all residents, but especially our children who ride their bikes, wait for their
school buses or walk along the roadways. Multi-unit housing will also affect property values for the developments in the
community. Please take this opposition into consideration when making your decision for the welfare of current
residents.
