3175 N. Ten Mile Rezone - Response
To Whom It May Concern,
We are writing this letter in response to the Staff Report for the H-2020-0122 3175 N. Ten Mile
Rezone.
We are in favor of all the staff recommendations for the project and will incorporate all
comments into the design & site plan, but would like to contest the Access Point restriction.
Item G.Access, states that we are requesting for the access from Ustick to be used as a
Right-In Only for general use. Prior to purchasing this lot, Dr. Vince Rigby did his diligence with
ACHD & the City. He was told that we could use the Ustick access point for general use, as
well as having a Two-Way drive off of Ten Mile Road. The feasibility and use of this project is
largely dependent on the parking lot flow with both connections to the adjacent arterial roads.
We would like to ask that the Council reconsider the Ustick access point for our project. We feel
that traffic flow could be limited and directed properly with signage, curbs & landscaping. This
would greatly improve the feasibility and quality of the project. Dr. Rigby purchased this land
with the understanding that we could use that access point, so we are only asking for what we
were previously promised.
Thank you,
Jessica Petty
