side of Ustick, approximately'/ mile east of N. Eagle Road. The property consists of 12.62 acres and is
currently zoned C-G.

• A CUP was approved on 12/7/06 for a 6,300 square foot daycare center on this site, which
expired on 6/7/08. A new CUP will be required if a daycare center is proposed on this site in
the future.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District has a signed and recorded License Agreement for
relocating the Milks Lateral within this proposed project.
However, to date, the District does not have a signed and recorded Urban Contract to operate
and maintain the pump station for this proposed subdivision.
Therefore Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District withholds approval for both phases of this
proposed subdivision.
