The details associated with this request are outlined below: Primeland Investment Group, LLC is the current owner of the property which is being affected by the proposed modification. They are the successors to the original parties to the agreement. 2. The original development agreement was approved by the City of Meridian on May 29, 2003. 3. The original development agreement was recorded on June 13, 2003 as instrument number 103097612. The original development agreement requires that a conditional use permit must be obtained before any construction can take place on individual lots within the subdivision. This was initially required because, at the time, a clear vision for the development had not been established. This requirement is located on Page 5 of the development agreement as Note #3 of the Annexation and Zoning Conditions of Approval and reads as follows: "A Development Agreement shall be entered into between the "Owners" and "Developer" and the "City" that will require, among other conditions, that all future office/church uses obtain a condition use permit approval prior to development and pathway construction." 1904 W. This will allow development to take place on individual lots of the Verona Subdivision without a conditional use permit. Development in the Verona Subdivision will conform to permitted and conditional uses of an L-O zoning district. Future buildings will also conform to the following square footage restrictions. The total combined building area in the subdivision is not to exceed 56,700 square feet. 2. The minimum individual building area is to be no less than 2,500 square feet. 3. The maximum individual building area is not to exceed 15,000 square feet. 4. There are to be no more than eight (8) and no less than three (3) individual buildings constructed in this subdivision.
