Modification to Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment
Dear Anna;
As representative for Rod Wagner, please accept this request to change the future comprehensive plan
land use designation on his property. The subject property is located at 3240 W Chinden Boulevard at
the intersection ofTen Mile Road. Under the current plan his property will be designated Low
Density Residential. Due to the frontage on Chinden and the possibility of a controlled intersection
we respectfully request the future land use designation be changed to Mixed Use Neighborhood.
