I will move it to later on the Agenda. No problem. It looks like a pretty light Agenda at this point. We only have 1
department report and one public hearing before these two items are heard. There is an executive session that
night so if the applicant is running later than that, I can suggest to the Mayor and Council President that they go
into Executive Session and hear these items after that. The only issue would be if there are members of the
public waiting to speak. We could always continue them if need be. What do you think, Sonya?
