Whitelaw Drive in Turtle Creek No.2 Subdivision, Meridian, Idaho. Gemstar Properties, LLC has proposed the development of Sundial Subdivision adjacent to existing Turtle Creek No.2. This development requires an access way from the eyebrow portion of W. Whitelaw Drive onto the site. To facilitate this access, Gemstar proposes to replace the existing eyebrow with a T- type intersection. This proposal requires the exchange of right-of-way from the existing eyebrow portion of W. Whitelaw Drive to an extension of said Drive into Sundial Subdivision, as shown in Exhibit `B". The total area of the proposed exchange is 957 square feet. The only entities affected by this proposed exchange are Gemstar Properties, LLC and Ada County Highway District. No current lot owners in Turtle Creek No.2 border the proposed right-of-way exchange. Whitelaw Drive in Turtle Creek No.2 Subdivision, Meridian, Idaho. Gemstar Properties, LLC has proposed the development of Sundial Subdivision adjacent to existing Turtle Creek No.2. This development requires an access way from the eyebrow portion of W. Whitelaw Drive onto the site. To facilitate this access, Gemstar proposes to replace the existing eyebrow with a T- type intersection. This proposal requires the exchange of right-of-way from the existing eyebrow portion of W. Whitelaw Drive to an extension of said Drive into Sundial Subdivision, as shown in Exhibit `B". The total area of the proposed exchange is 957 square feet.
