In Re: Protest to Change in North Meridian Plan

Dear City Counsel,
I am the owner of property located at 5120 Larry Lane, Meridian, Idaho, The
legal description is Lot 3, Compton"s Subdivision No 2. Meridian's future land use
proposal designates property on the north side and contiguous to mine as commercial use,
The proposed plan also discloses that the northern boundary of my property will be zoned
as commercial to accommodate a frontage road for the adjacent proposed commercial
property. This use of my property will significantly reduce my total property value as the
remainder is proposed medium density residential. The road tFaffic 011 myprop'erty will
contribute to noise, air and light pollution and generally decrease the residential value of
my remaining property. I ask that you vote to keep commercial frontage roadway on the
original proposed commercial property and not further erode the value of my lot,
