Will,
We have an agreement with Tuscany Development, LLC, to adjust our property line to our
existing fence line before their property is annexed. This agreement is in the Meridian
Planning and Zoning minutes from June 2nd, 2005, and the subsequent Meridian City Council
meeting approving the project.
I want to make sure this process is complete before Phase 4 of this project is annexed.
I talked to Joe Gunther at Meridian P&Z, who said he would look into this matter.
