Dear Honorable Mayor and City Council:
On behalf of Winston Moore, please accept our additional information packet for Marlin Subdivision.
In this packet we have submitted a colored aerial photograph of the surrounding site; colored
photographs of the development to the north, east and west for the site and elevations and floor plans
of homes that may be similar to what is developed in Marlin Subdivision; a revised legal description
with the required right-of-way dedication along North Linder Road and a revised colored minimum
house size plan as approved by the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission.
I will be happy to answer any questions you may have at the City Council meeting on June 4, 2002.

1/4 corner common to Section 14 and the said Section 13, from which the corner
common to Sections 13, 14, 23 and 24 of T.3N., R.1 W. bears South 00"00'26" East,
2651.33 feet;
thence along the East-West mid -section line North 89059'42" East, 48.00 feet-,
thence South 00000'26" East, 618.19 feet;
thence South 4013'17" East, 707.61 feet to a point on the North right-of-way of
Interstate 84;
thence along said right-of-way North 89054'06" West, 100.00 feet to a point on
the West boundary of said Section 13;
thence North 00000'26" West, 1323.70 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing

common to Section 14 and the said Section 13, from which the southwest corner of said
Section 13 bears South 00°00'26" East, 2651.33 feet; thence along the East-West mid-
section line, common to the South boundary of The Landing Subdivision No. 7, as same
is recorded in Book 69 of Plats at Page 7085, records of Ada County, Idaho, North
89°59'42" East, 48.00 feet to a point on the East right-of-way of Linder Road and the
REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence continuing North 89"5942" East, 1278.84 feet to the C-W 1/16 corner,
said point being the northwest corner of The Landing Subdivision No. 9, as same is
