I have reviewed the Findings and Recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission with which I
disagree as follows:
The following Findings and/or Recommendations should be modified:
A. Condition #6: The last sentence should be modified to read: "The Applicant shall also design
the landscape buffer along I-84 to accommodate runoff from the common area of the berm so
that the water will not collect in the rear yards of residences within Block 7"
We are requesting this clarification because the Council agreed to allow a portion of
the berm to be allowed within the property owner's yards and the applicant will not
control over their portion of the berm.
B. Condition #7: The northern open space lot is Lot 1, Block 3, not Lot 6.
The lot numbers were revised through the hearing process.
