We purchased a home in Mosher Subdivision at 3375 Acarrera ct approximately 4 months ago.
We encourage growth and know that a housing developmement behind our home would be a benifit to meridian.
Having family that are builders in the city of meridian I know that wise planning needs to be applied to the permitting
process. A three story apartment complex would not be applicable to the wonderful single family culdesac that we
live on. We have a school and a park just a few steps from our homes. If you would flip your proposal and put the
apartment complex to the west and the single family dwelling backed up to our homes it would help us retain our
property value and increase the value of FoxCroft development.
