Hi City of Meridian,
I'm an owner of a property that will be adjacent to the proposed three story apartment complexes on the
Foxcroft subdivision complex going up near W Pine Ave.
I've got some concerns about three story apartments being so close to the single family residence homes that are across
the canal
My concern is that the future of my property value and quality of life will suffer due to the three story apartments.
I would like to suggest that the three story apartments be built elsewhere on the parcel lot, preferably swapped with the
single family residential homes that are a part of the same proposal. I have no issues at all with single family residence
homes being across the canal, as the noise traffic will be considerably reduced.
