This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 16`' day of
April, 2002, upon the Applicant's time application for a one (1) year extension within
which to submit the Final Plat, which was originally approved for Preliminary Plat
and Conditional Use on April 17, 2001, as provided in § 12-3-6 B, and good cause
appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
The above named Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time
until April 17, 2003, of this Order within which to submit the Final Development
Plan Plat for the above entitled subdivision application.
